Mission

Todd Wilcox is one of few experienced investigators who possess the training and depth of knowledge to address the detailed requirements needed for a successful Title III Wiretap investigation and prosecution.  Through Wiretap Consulting Services, Todd will provide unprecedented Title III Wiretap expertise and support in Expert Witness Testimony and Reporting, Case Analysis, and Evaluation.

Todd is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent and a Court-Approved Expert Witness in Federal Court in the specialty of Title III Wiretaps.  Todd has testified in Federal Court in hundreds of hearings and trials throughout his 24 years with the FBI, and has been involved in over 20 Title III investigations and drafted and defended wiretap affidavits in support of over 150 telephones/extensions/pagers. A member of the Colorado and Missouri Bar Associations.  Todd’s mission is to provide defense teams and law enforcement with unparalleled wiretap knowledge and service.

Introduction

Todd is an experienced investigator/leader/attorney with over 24 years of FBI experience as a Special Agent and supervisor of investigations involving complex drug trafficking organizations, violent gangs, and money laundering. His background includes subject matter expertise and extensive experience in Title III Wiretaps, sophisticated investigative techniques, and long-term conspiracy investigations.


Professional Degrees and Licenses

Todd holds a BSBA in Administrative Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA in Marketing/Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. Todd is also a member of the Colorado and Missouri Bar Associations.
