  • Case agent for the wiretap investigation of a Denver metro area violent gang which resulted in 30 indictments and convictions.  Todd was the government’s advisory witness and wiretap expert during a three-week trial in which the defendant was convicted and sentenced to four life sentences.

  • Case agent in a violent gang investigation involving 50 wiretaps which resulted in the indictment and conviction of 70 subjects, the seizure of over $1 million in money laundering proceeds and asset forfeiture, and 45 kilograms of cocaine, and the production of key cooperating witnesses who testified in the 2010 trial and conviction of Willie Clark for the murder of Denver Bronco Darrent Williams.  Todd was the advisory witness and wiretap expert in three trials associated with this investigation.

  • Case agent in an FBI investigation involving 50 wiretaps targeting a Mexican drug cartel responsible for importing millions of dollars’ worth of cocaine into the US, and resulted in the indictment and conviction of 35 subjects and the seizure of over $1 million in money laundering proceeds and asset forfeiture, and 35 kilograms of cocaine.

  • Case agent in the wiretap investigation of a Denver metro area violent gang which resulted in the indictment and conviction of 32 subjects. Todd was the government’s advisory witness and wiretap expert during the 6-week trial involving 7 defendants, and was responsible for the preparation of 50 trial witnesses, and the organization of over 1,000 trial exhibits.  All defendants were convicted and two received multiple life sentences.
